SALES POLICY

PRICE
The prices of our publications are in Canadian dollars ($ CAN) and include the federal sales taxe (according to the regulations in effect in Quebec and Canada).

Shipping fees will be charged to the customer. The customer is also responsible for any fees related to customs or exportation outside of Canada.

PAYMENT
At VOX // Publications are available at our offices. Payment can be made by cheque, VISA* or cash.
PayPal (Canada Only - Purchases of up to $110) // You may buy publications online. To insure the security of online purchases, VOX uses PayPal’s secure payment services. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information and allows you to shop online without communicating your financial data to third parties. Order Now »
By Mail // Send us the VOX order form by mail to confirm the form of payment (cheque, bank transfer, VISA* card).
*Please note that VOX only accepts VISA.

SHIPPING FEES
Canada : +$7 (purchases between $21-30); +$12 ($31-50); +$17; ($51 and +); $111 and up*
International : Contact us (See information below)
*For purchases of $111 and up, or if you are ordering from outside Canada, contact us at vox@photo.com or at 514.390.0382 to confirm shipping fees. Shipping fees will be calculated based on customer's shipping address.

VOX reserves the right to modify shipping fees at any time without notice.


DELIVERY
Publications will be shipped to the address indicated on your PayPal or VOX order form. Publications are shipped within five (5) business days after confirmation of the order request. Delivery will be made via Canada Post.
